Job Title: Shopper Marketing Executive

We are seeking a skilled Shopper Marketing Executive to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a Shopper Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing in-store marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating impactful shopper activation plans to drive engagement in-store for major grocery accounts.
  • Manage smaller retailer accounts and channels, including Convenience and the Ireland business.
  • Work with customers and deliver evaluations and reporting for each account.
  • Oversee temporary and permanent POS and display equipment to empower Field Sales teams and enhance brand presence in-store.
  • Collaborate on strategic projects aimed at driving in-store activation and standout for the brand.
  • Actively participate in sales, marketing forums, trade shows, and sampling events as needed.
  • Engage with creative agencies and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery while aligning closely with key account stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Robust shopper, customer, trade or brand marketing experience gained in a leading FMCG environment, ideally with experience in eCommerce shopper campaigns too.
  • Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills.
