### Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Manager/Consultant to lead the development and execution of shopper marketing strategies within the FMCG industry. This role will work closely with shopper insights and deliver excellent activation in-store with leading retailers across the UK.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies for the FMCG industry
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver shopper-centric marketing plans
* Manage marketing agency relationships to ensure effective and efficient execution of plans
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive brand preference
* Provide insights and recommendations based on shopper behavior and market trends
* Manage budget and resources effectively to deliver optimal return on investment

### Ideal Candidate

* Prior experience in a shopper/trade marketing role within the FMCG industry
* Proficiency in developing and executing shopper marketing strategies
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer behavior
* Experience managing marketing agency relationships

### What We Offer
