We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Programmer and Educator to join our team in London. As a key member of our education department, you will work closely with the Head of Creative Technology and Head of Games to create innovative Game Design programs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in game development and be able to teach programming processes, technical principles, and create educational materials. You will guide students on industry projects, providing feedback and evaluations, and conduct training sessions in various formats.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in game development with a proven track record of releasing game titles.
  2. Expertise in Unreal Engine, Blueprints, and game engine optimisation is essential.
  3. You should have a good understanding of Agile Development and Q+A methodologies.
  4. Prior teaching experience or a willingness to undertake training is desirable.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a hybrid working arrangement with flexible hours. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about game development and education.
