Restaurant Manager Job Description

At German Doner Kebab, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue, while controlling costs and maintaining profitability.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and managed efficiently.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
