We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Oldham, Manchester. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, controlling costs, and maintaining brand standards. You will also be expected to develop your team to provide outstanding food quality and a unique guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement brand standards and policies to ensure operational excellence
  • Deliver industry-leading guest service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Manage restaurant operations, including scheduling, employee management, and inventory control
  • Comply with all requirements of Food Safety and Health and Hygiene standards
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Manage controllable costs to maintain profitability
  • Provide excellent management guidance to your team, including training, development, and leadership
  • Maintain a secure, safe, and healthy environment for your team and guests
  • Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives, and any issues that impact performance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Health and Hygiene standards
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
