Restaurant Manager Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager at German Doner Kebab, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and profit targets, while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has a positive experience, responding promptly to complaints and taking action to resolve issues.
  • Operations and Logistics: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, stock control, and supply chain management.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer complaints and resolve issues.
  • Financial Management Skills: Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
