We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. As a key member of our Marketing and Communications department, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our HQ Building project.
About the Role
As a Strategic Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications plan to support the project's objectives. This will involve driving and managing campaigns from inception to completion, continuously monitoring performance, and fine-tuning strategies based on engagement analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a marketing and communications plan to support the project's objectives
- Drive and manage campaigns from inception to completion
- Monitor performance and fine-tune strategies based on engagement analysis
- Collaborate closely with key members of the Marketing and Communications department
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, particularly the Project Director and core team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for responding to campaign-related comments and feedback
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in managing and implementing marketing and communications campaigns for high-profile projects
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
