Experienced Marketing and Communications Professional

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at RLM Communications, Inc. in Hammersmith. As a key member of our Commercial Division, you will be responsible for increasing the reach and impact of our agency's profile to help meet our business growth, retention, and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Communication: Develop and implement effective brand communication strategies to promote our corporate wear design agency's value proposition to key target prospects and markets.
- Sustainability and Well-being: Embed sustainability, well-being, and design as core strategic components and capabilities of our agency.
- Sales Support: Provide highly responsive solutions to the sales team across all touch points of the sales process, from initial communication to negotiating and signing contracts.
- Marketing Materials: Support the sales team with relevant sales and marketing materials to establish our organization as an expert and preferred business partner.
- Proposal Development: Assist the sales team in developing and submitting proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute a digital marketing strategy using agreed digital tools to drive business growth and engagement.
- Technology and Automation: Help drive the successful implementation and adoption of sales and marketing technology and automation platforms.
- Web Strategy: Develop and oversee a web strategy to keep our business website optimized and up-to-date.
- Internal Communications: Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of commercial direction, mission, aims, and activities.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain a full understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Performance Measurement: Effectively measure and monitor marketing campaigns and report against agreed metrics.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-4 years' B2B strategic marketing management experience.
- Experience designing for a content management system (like the HubSpot CMS).
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
- Photoshop, inDesign, CANVA, or other such programs.
- PowerPoint.
- WordPress.
Travel Requirements: Travel within the UK and internationally may be required in this role.
