Experienced Marketing and Communications Professional

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at RLM Communications, Inc. in Hammersmith. As a key member of our Commercial Division, you will be responsible for increasing the reach and impact of our agency's profile to help meet our targets for business growth, retention, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Communication: Understand and effectively communicate our brand's value proposition through all marketing activities and communications, both internally and externally, to key target prospects and markets.
- Sustainability and Well-being: Embed sustainability, well-being, and design as core strategic components and capabilities of our agency.
- Responsive Solutions: Help the sales team provide highly responsive solutions across all touch points of the sales process, from initial communication to negotiating and signing the contract and onboarding the client.
- Marketing Materials: Support the sales team with relevant sales and marketing materials to establish our organization as an expert and preferred business partner by proactively identifying and communicating business strategic solutions to enable, supply, and service 'clothes at work.'
- RFI's and RFP's: Support the sales team to execute the completion and response/submission of RFI's, RFP's, tenders, create sales pitches or presentations, and commercial proposals.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and implement direct marketing approaches, including targeting, personalization of messages, measurability, data analysis, customer profiling, and segmentation.
- Web Strategy: Plan and execute a digital marketing strategy using agreed digital tools, develop and oversee a web strategy, including website development, SEO, blogs, content outreach, to keep our business website optimized and up-to-date.
- Industry Events: Attend industry events and conferences to network and develop new business leads for the sales team.
- Marketing Campaigns: Effectively measure and monitor marketing campaigns and report against agreed metrics.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-4 years' B2B strategic marketing management experience.
- Experience designing for a content management system (like the HubSpot CMS).
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
- Photoshop, InDesign, CANVA, or other such programs.
- PowerPoint.
- WordPress.
