Associate Director, Campaigning and Strategy

We are seeking an experienced communications professional to join our Campaigning team as an Associate Director. This role will involve developing insight-led corporate narratives and delivering high-impact communications and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in developing and executing communication strategies and campaigns that drive business results. They will be able to build strong relationships with senior clients and their teams, and motivate and manage high-performing teams to deliver impactful work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day client team direction and management
  • Help clients identify and define their strategic positioning and narrative
  • Develop and execute high-impact communication strategies and campaigns
  • Build strong working relationships with senior clients and their teams
  • Motivate and manage high-performing teams
  • Project management, including resourcing and budget management
  • Grow existing client briefs and contribute to winning new business
  • Contribute to a knowledge-sharing environment and seek new insights and expertise
Key Skills and Experience
  • At least 7 years' experience in communications, in-house or agency
  • Demonstrable experience in developing impactful communications and campaigns
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver strategic advice
  • Excellent writing and corporate narrative development skills
  • Understanding of media and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
