Director of Sales Growth

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales Growth to join our team at UK Connect. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue growth targets.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and driving performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align sales and marketing with UK Connect's strategic vision.
- Support the executive team in strategic development, including building industry partnerships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role, preferably in the enterprise sales or telecommunications industry.
- Experience running bids and tender responses with a good understanding of public and private sector frameworks.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on building and developing high-performing teams.
