Lenovo is seeking a driven and experienced Workstation Sales Leader to spearhead our growth in the UK&I region.

As the leader of our workstation sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share within this dynamic sector. You will manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and development.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships within the workstation segment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to ensure alignment on sales objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats within the workstation landscape.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve revenue targets.
