About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Inside Sales Team at Lenovo. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing Lenovo accounts, focusing on maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Solution Configuration: Configure, price, and negotiate sales solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Proactive Engagement: Provide proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support to customers.
  • Opportunity Management: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the public sector, working closely with a Field-based Account Manager.
  • Product Knowledge: Sell the full range of Lenovo products and solutions, effectively communicating their benefits and differentiating from competitors.
  • Corporate Initiatives: Participate in corporate initiatives, including weekly forecasts and opportunity management, to align with company objectives.
  • Sales Reporting: Report to the Internal Sales Manager and Sales Director on progress and achievements against personal KPIs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in a collaborative team environment, contributing to the overall sales strategy and success of the public sector team.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in internal sales, particularly within the public sector, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Lenovo products and solutions, as well as competitor offerings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users and stakeholders.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Dynamics or other CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to a location that supports the company's business needs.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to collective goals.
  • Motivation: Enthusiastic and career-minded, with a passion for driving sales and achieving personal and team KPIs.
