About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Inside Sales Team at Lenovo. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing Lenovo accounts, focusing on maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Solution Configuration: Configure, price, negotiate, and quote sales solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging your knowledge of Lenovo products and solutions.
  • Proactive Engagement: Provide proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support via telephone, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Opportunity Management: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the public sector, working closely with a Field-based Account Manager to drive revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Sell the full catalogue of Lenovo products and solutions, effectively communicating their benefits and differentiating from competitors.
  • Corporate Initiatives: Participate in corporate initiatives, including weekly forecasts and opportunity management, to align with company objectives and drive business success.
  • Sales Reporting: Report to the Internal Sales Manager and Sales Director on progress and achievements against personal KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in internal sales, particularly within the public sector, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Lenovo products and solutions, as well as competitor offerings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users and stakeholders.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Dynamics or other CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Farnborough, with the flexibility to work from the office three days a week.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to collective goals.
  • Motivation: Enthusiastic and career-minded, with a passion for driving sales and achieving personal and team KPIs.
