Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Frontline Hospitality Ambassador. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with excellent communication skills in a customer-facing environment. You will interact with Armed Forces personnel on a daily basis and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitise equipment and workstations to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Support customer enquiries and requests in food and beverage areas, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Serve and replenish food from counters and break down stations during meal periods, maintaining a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for others are essential in this role.
  • Basic food-handling skills are required, with no prior experience necessary.

Working Hours
  • 35 hours per week are worked.
  • Any 5 days out of 7 can be chosen.
  • Early shift: 06:15-13:45.
  • Middle shift: 12:00-19:30.
  • Late Shift: 13:00-20:30 or 16:00-23:30.
  • Weekends: 10:00-18:30.
