Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and making a positive impact on the lives of service users.

As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will work under the direction of a Senior Carer/Nurse to support individuals in maintaining their skills and personal interests. You will ensure that service users are at the heart of care delivery, taking into account their wishes and preferences to enhance their wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to service users, adhering to best practices and legislative requirements.
  • Contribute to the efficient running of the service, ensuring that care plans are implemented effectively.
  • Support service users in maintaining relationships with the local community, promoting social inclusion and independence.
  • Inform the Senior Carer/Nurse of any changes in service users' needs, ensuring seamless care coordination.

This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional care and supporting service users to maintain their independence. The estimated salary for this position is £24,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
