Job Description

As a Client Intake Coordinator, you'll play a key role in assessing branch capacity and coordinating the onboarding process for new clients. Your expertise in workforce planning and rota management will ensure seamless client onboarding and matching of carers with client needs.

You'll develop strong relationships with external stakeholders, driving business growth and success. To excel in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a background in healthcare or recruitment agencies highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing branch capacity and coordinating the onboarding process
  • Maintaining high standards of care by matching carers with client needs
  • Developing strong relationships with external stakeholders
  • Managing new referrals efficiently
