Area Sales Manager UK

UNITED CAPS, a global industry leader in plastic caps and closures, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business within the UK market.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and extend our existing customer portfolio
- Sell our full range of products in all market segments, integrating a real industrial and lobby approach
- Ensure the development of strategic accounts
- Uncover, build, and justify customer needs
- Prepare quotes, working closely with the engineering department
- Handle all commercial tasks for the area in cooperation with the Regional Manager and Plant Managers (business plan, budget, reporting)
- Proven track record in B2B sales within a manufacturing group
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop leads, and close deals
- Minimum of 4-6 years in technical sales positions (experience in closure market/packaging is a plus)
- Cultural awareness, flexible with high reactivity
- Excellent communicator and people skills, with the ability to work on own initiative
- In-depth understanding of commercial drivers and the ability to apply
- Driven to succeed and highly self-motivated while working within a European sales team
- Full clean driving license

- Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
