Expand your sales career with a leading global caps and closures manufacturing company. As an Area Sales Manager for the UK, you will play a key role in growing our business within the region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and extending our existing customer portfolio, selling our full range of products, and ensuring the development of strategic accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and extend the existing customers portfolio
  • Sell our full range of products in all market segments
  • Ensure the development of strategic accounts
  • Uncover, build, and justify customer needs
  • Prepare quotes, working closely with the engineering department
  • Handle all commercial tasks for the area in cooperation with the Regional Manager and Plant Managers

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales within a manufacturing group
  • Identify opportunities, develop leads, and close deals
  • Minimum of 4-6 years in technical sales positions
  • Cultural awareness, flexible with high reactivity
  • An excellent communicator and people skills
  • In-depth understanding of commercial drivers
  • Driven to succeed and highly self-motivated
  • A full clean driving license

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
