About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Hydro-X Training. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities and close deals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the B2B sales landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on business growth and revenue generation
