We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Pensions Administrator, playing a pivotal role in servicing member and client queries.


Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary of approximately £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including study support for the Award in Pensions Essentials (APE) qualification.


Job Description

  • Assist the administration team in responding to member and client queries, ensuring exceptional customer service and promoting the company's brand.
  • Develop knowledge of occupational pension schemes and provide accurate information to clients and members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, supporting each other during peak periods or holiday cover.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess Grade 9-4/Grade C or above in Maths and English Language at GCSE or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Training and Development

This is an 18-24 months apprenticeship program where you will receive on-the-job training and support from WTW and our government-approved Training Provider throughout your development journey.
