About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for experienced pension professionals to join a leading company in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service standards and performance metrics, while developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in all aspects of client complaints administration from initial request through to completion and final resolution;
- Ensuring casework is undertaken on time and adheres to quality standards;
- Demonstrating a detailed understanding of regulatory and legislative factors influencing DC Master Trust administration;
- In conjunction with the Team Leader, ensuring LifeSight service standards and performance metrics are achieved;
- Developing strong relationships and trust with both external and internal stakeholders;
We operate a phone-first culture, which means you will be confident discussing complex DC pensions scenarios with members. Our flexible working approach allows colleagues to work in a 'hybrid' style, balancing remote, in-person, and in-office interactions dependent on team needs. This flexibility is rooted in trust and not a one-size-fits-all solution.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need demonstrable experience of dealing with DC occupational pension schemes, customer and quality focus, and experience of coaching and supporting colleagues. You must also be able to champion the agile way of working and continuous improvement, leading by example. Finally, you should be willing to invest in your own wellbeing and development, with support from the Team Leader.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £55,000-65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
