About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our pension administration solutions sales efforts in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team and drive business growth, expand propositions, and deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new and incremental business growth, focusing on medium to large-scale opportunities.
  2. Manage the full outsourcing project pipeline, working closely with other Willis Towers Watson businesses to create smart and longer-term connections.
  3. Win new clients for fully outsourced pension administration services, owning the sale from initiation through to contract completion.
  4. Lead the Relationship Managers (CRM) team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and total confidence in the strategic and logistic handling of their accounts.
  5. Set book of business goals for CRMs, promote the use of CRM Dynamics for accurate management information, and hold them accountable for portfolio growth.
  6. Collaborate with local leaders to develop business plans, driving revenue and profit growth in accordance with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales of pension administration or parallel services to large organizations.
  • Ability to play a key role in building a sales strategy, setting criteria for attractive opportunities, and articulating service innovations.
  • Highly visible internally and with clients, demonstrating outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in managing and expanding relationships for outsourced pension administration or parallel services to large organizations.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
