Head of Outsourcing GB Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced Pension Administration Sales Director to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our Outsourcing business, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
Your primary focus will be on managing a sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing clients. You will also provide guidance and support to the Relationship Managers team to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional client service.
To succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of the pension administration market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around £100,000 - £120,000 per year, depending on experience. The job will require regular travel and collaboration with colleagues across the UK and internationally.
