At WTW, we have fantastic opportunities for experienced Pensions Administrators to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong mathematical and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail and organisational abilities.

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes an excellent benefits package including company pension scheme, life insurance, medical insurance, eye care vouchers and flexible benefits.

This role involves administrating occupational pension schemes, dealing with new joiners, leavers and retirees, and calculating renewals and member contributions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients via telephone, letter and email.

Responsibilities also include providing a quality customer experience to clients, dealing with simple queries and requests, and recognising and escalating potential problem cases. As part of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality results and achieve service level targets.
