As a key member of the WTW team, you will support the production of pension increases, benefit statements, administration reports, and monthly reporting. You will work closely with senior associates, providing guidance and coaching to junior colleagues. The successful candidate will run and manage large projects, maintain existing reporting requirements, and ensure full system automation.

The Role
- In conjunction with the Team Leader, ensure delivery promises and performance standards are achieved.
- Evaluate problems and cases with the Team Leader.
- Be a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.
- Identify process improvements and recommend changes to the Team Leader.
- Verify work performed by junior associates and ensure requested tasks are completed.
- Couch junior associates on errors made to explain and prevent reoccurrence.
- Mentor junior associates and hold regular feedback sessions.
- Identify associate training needs and propose solutions to the Team Leader.
- Monitor own projects and junior associates' projects via the Team Planner.
- Develop homepage and precedent documents.
- Produce test packs for automation and sign off calculations.
- Assist in due diligence exercises and analyze data quality.
- Monitor and manage data cleaning requirements.
- Assist in large mailing projects.
- Scope costs for projects and monitor spend versus budget.
- Complaint Management.
- Be the main contact for agreed projects and maintain client relationships.
- Work with the Team Leader to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
