Job Title: Sales and Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Supply Chain Manager to join our market-leading Sale and Purchase Agreement Advisory team at Grant Thornton UK LLP. As a key member of our Deals Advisory and Consulting service line, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, completion mechanisms, and financial aspects of Sale and Purchase Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Mitigate Risk: Apply your knowledge to manage site issues and involve senior staff and specialists to mitigate risk.
  • Financial Analysis: Produce high-quality financial analysis with minimal input from associate directors.
  • Cross-Selling: Demonstrate understanding of the firm's products, services, and capabilities and actively cross-sell.
  • Self-Development: Show a clear appetite for self-development through performance reviews and Personal Development Plan (PDP) processes.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualification: A professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA) with post-qualification experience.
