About the Role

This Territory Manager will play a crucial role in driving share of market growth, volume and brand activations in independent retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of nicotine-based products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of nicotine-based products
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times and implement effective account management strategies
  • Ownership of territory planning and management
  • Drive non-combustible categories to ensure BAT brands achieve market-leading status in stores
About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of nicotine-based products. The candidate should have a full clean driving license, experience within B2B or B2C sales positions, and be an outgoing and positive personality with excellent communication skills.

  • Competitive Base Salary: £34,722 + £3,000 London weighting
  • Bonus: Annually up to 30%, available upon achieving targets
