Key Responsibilities- Building close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of nicotine-based products
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times and implementing effective account management strategies
- Ownership of territory planning and management
- Driving non-combustible categories to ensure BAT brands achieve market-leading status in stores
- Working with leading brands such as Vuse, Glo, and Velo
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full clean driving license
- Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions
- An outgoing and positive personality, excellent communicator able to influence others
- Great team player but also able to work independently and effectively
- Manages time and priorities to ensure maximum productivity
- Strong will to succeed with the ability to self-track targets
- Basic use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)
We offer a competitive base salary of £34,722 + £3,000 London weighting, bonus up to 30% available upon achieving targets, and a range of benefits including:
