Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Health and Safety Advisor (Senior) to join our client based in Corby. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be set on pursuing a career in health and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop, implement, and maintain SHE policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • To conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • To lead incident investigations and root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • To provide SHE training and support to employees at all levels.
  • To collaborate with all departments to integrate SHE best practices into all business operations.
What We Offer

Our client offers a competitive salary of £42,500 per annum, private healthcare for yourself and immediate family after 6 months of employment, 23 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays, long service annual leave scheme, buy back annual leave scheme, bike to work scheme, and automatic enrolment into the government pensions auto-enrolment scheme after 3 months.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SHE role.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of SHE regulations and standards.
  • Appropriate level of IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Has or is working towards Certified member of IOSH.
