About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled SHE Advisor to join our team at Quest Employment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SHE, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective SHE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
  • Provide SHE training and support to employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with departments to integrate SHE best practices into business operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a SHE role.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of SHE regulations and standards.
  • Appropriate level of IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Has or is working towards Certified member of IOSH.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including private health care, annual leave, long service annual leave scheme, buy back annual leave scheme, bike to work scheme, and government pensions auto enrolment scheme.
