Event Host/Hostess Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Event Host/Hostess to provide exceptional service to our clients at corporate events in Liverpool's City Centre.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. This will involve greeting and welcoming attendees, engaging with them throughout the event, and addressing any issues or questions that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
  • Assist with the preparation of the venue for events, ensuring all health and safety protocols are in place
  • Work closely with kitchen and serving staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Coordinate with support staff to ensure the event runs smoothly and to plan
  • Meet the requirements of our clients and ensure their complete satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a host/hostess position at corporate events is desirable, but not essential
  • Experience working in hospitality is essential
  • Ability to work within a team and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Warm and friendly disposition, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work overtime or unsocial hours as required
