About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Event Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing Team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Liverpool City Centre. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming enquiries and convert them into successful events
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure event success
  • Organize and coordinate events, working closely with other departments to ensure flawless execution
  • Manage accounts and finances related to events
  • Provide excellent customer service and utilize strong selling skills to drive repeat business
  • Prepare event documentation and coordinate with relevant hotel departments to ensure consistent high-level service
  • Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue and drive repeat business
