Main Responsibilities- Event Planning and Coordination: Coordinate and administer the planning of corporate events, including gala dinners, concerts, awards evenings, and graduations, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
- Operational and Administrative Functions: Take responsibility for operational and administrative functions to fulfill event needs, including site visits, client meetings, and event delivery.
- Customer Service and Quality Delivery: Ensure that the cathedral delivers excellent customer service and quality delivery, meeting customer expectations and cathedral standards.
- Diary Management: Help coordinate the cathedral diary, ensuring that a complex pattern of events and bookings work harmoniously together.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house team to help deliver the smooth running of cathedral logistics and support the delivery of the cathedral's cultural events programme.
- Client and Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain client and supplier relationships, ensuring effective communication and delivery of events.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
