WorkWell Coach Specialist

About this role: We're looking for a skilled and compassionate WorkWell Coach to join our team at Waythrough. As a key member of our primary care network and community hubs, you'll play a crucial role in providing supportive environments for individuals to identify and address their health and wellbeing concerns.
Key responsibilities: Your challenge will be to take a strengths-based approach, focusing on 'what matters to me' and developing personalised and holistic support plans to help individuals thrive at work. You'll work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including physical activity, mental health, and skills and employment advisors, to provide direct interventions and connect individuals to community-based support.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need a good understanding of motivational coaching and interview skills, as well as the ability to organise, plan, and prioritise. You should be familiar with office IT systems and have good word processing skills. A proactive and flexible approach, combined with a commitment to developing your skills and knowledge, is essential.
