About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate WorkWell Coach to join our team at Waythrough. As a key member of our primary care network, you will provide a supportive environment that enables individuals to identify their health and wellbeing concerns and the impact these are having on their employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a strengths-based approach to support individuals in identifying their health and wellbeing concerns and developing a personalised support plan.
- Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct interventions and connect individuals to community-based support.
- Use motivational coaching and interview skills to empower individuals to take control of their health, wellbeing, and employment.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with individuals, families, and community groups to promote health and wellbeing.
Requirements
- QCF in Advice & Guidance (Level 3) or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work to policies and procedures, including confidentiality, safeguarding, lone working, information governance, and health and safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
