Payroll Operations Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operations Support Specialist to join our thriving Payroll team at Menzies. This is a key position based at our Woking office, and the ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Bureau environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the senior payroll team with ad hoc tasks and analysis when required.
- Oversee payroll workflow and ensure this is kept up to date by the wider team.
- Generate reports for the senior team.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new clients, including gathering data and handing this over to the payroll processors.
- Support the senior team with Marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the billing of all payroll clients and ensure all fees for payroll work are completed accurately and on a timely basis.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for a limited number of small clients.
- Assist with pension uploads.
- Attend weekly meetings with the Senior team and take minutes to distribute to colleagues.
- Manage communications with clients regarding annual pricing increases.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Knowledge of payroll, payroll processing, and legislation is desirable but not essential.
