About the Job:

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for over 1000 employees. You will also handle various reporting tasks using payroll and HR data, contributing to business management information needs. Acting as the first point of contact for payroll queries, you will support the HR and Finance teams in delivering payroll reports.

  • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
  • Uploading monthly pension contributions to relevant portals.
  • Cross-training with the HR team to assist with HR administration.
  • Supporting compliance with auto-enrolment regulations and pension management.

About the Successful Applicant:

You will have previous payroll experience, proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables), and a strong understanding of PAYE and auto-enrolment regulations. Knowledge of payroll and HR systems is crucial, and CIPP qualification or working towards it is desirable.
