About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Ambassador at Frasers Group. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing a warm welcome and setting the tone for a fantastic experience.
- Operate as part of a small team, with minimal supervision, to ensure the smooth operation of our venue.
- Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to venue management requirements.
- Manage lost and found property, handling cash payments, and directing guests to meeting rooms and VIP areas.
- Provide local information and knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records and produce venue signage as required.
- Assist with fire marshalling and emergency procedures.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and visitors to ensure a positive and professional atmosphere.
Person Specification
- A willingness to work cooperatively and constructively with peers, service partners, and leadership.
- Ability to adapt to technological advances and maintain a high standard of personal presentation.
- Proven reliability, including punctuality and attendance.

- Previous corporate reception experience and front-of-house duties.
