The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers throughout the entire sales process, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the store management in building a store environment that nurtures creativity and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an amazing in-store customer experience using the Optometrist's recommendations to build perfect product solutions for the customer
  • High commercial efficiency to reach monthly targets and personal KPIs
  • Be knowledgeable of the collection and the brand iconic pieces
  • Operate the till system, take and process payments, and manage inventory
  • Ensure the shop floor and stock room standards are maintained in a clean, tidy condition
  • Process deliveries, transfers, and support the Store Management in the VM guidelines implementation
  • Deliver technical tasks in the store, such as ordering, verification, glasses collections, and adjustments
