Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the referral base and increase patient referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of referrals, sales, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the optical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- A competitive base salary of £35,000, plus a £5,000 car allowance and 30% commission.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
