Optical Sales Executive Job Description

Zest Business Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Optical Sales Executive to join our team. As an Optical Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners, including high street opticians, GPs, and referral centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the referral base and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners through regular communication and meetings
  • Manage and prioritize sales activities, including route planning and diary management
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the optical industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary of £35,000 per annum
  • £5,000 car allowance
  • 30% commission on sales
