Job Title: Payroll Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Advisor to support our day-to-day payroll functions. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with payroll policies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the monthly payroll for circa 475 employees.
* Run weekly labour reports for the Finance department.
* Prepare and submit weekly overtime reports to the Payroll Manager.
* Assist with the payroll process for our Thailand-based employees.
* Handle new starters, leavers, and payroll changes, ensuring accurate records.
* Upload overtime, holiday, and absence data to payroll systems.
* Create and upload spreadsheets for reduced hours into payroll.
* Address payroll queries from employees via face-to-face interactions.
* Perform payroll calculations and download reports for Payroll Manager approval.
* Release payslips, manage P45s, and ensure employee access to the Payroll portal.
* Organize and scan payroll documentation for audit readiness.
* Manage the pension process, including uploading new starters and contributions.
* Raise purchase orders (POs) for any payroll-related invoices.
