Role Summary:

As a Field Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. You will visit client sites to carry out servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on various material handling equipment and forklift trucks.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing and controlling parts stock, completing service reports and timesheets, and interacting with clients to ensure excellent customer service. You will work independently, making decisions and taking ownership of your tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a full driving license and have previous experience in a customer-facing environment. Your mechanical and electrical knowledge will enable you to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
