Job Title: Field Service Technician - Wrexham Installation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in Wrexham. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain Virgin Media O2's services, including broadband and mobile networks
  • Determine appropriate solutions to technical problems and document processes
  • Collaborate with the technical team to share information and improve operational efficiency
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid UK manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work at heights and outside in all weather conditions
