About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Chester. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their technical needs and delivering high-quality solutions that meet those needs.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, ensuring full functionality.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation.
  • Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner.


Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar position.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • The ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
