Field Inspection Specialist

LTL Consultants Ltd is looking for a skilled Field Inspection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing rental and property maintenance inspections, as well as training to become a Certified Building Inspector.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of rental properties to identify any defects or issues.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to property owners and managers.
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, with excellent benefits, including 401(k) matching, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
