We are seeking a highly skilled Site Development Specialist to join our team at LTL Consultants Ltd in Oley, PA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year and a desirable mix of office and fieldwork opportunities.

About the Job
  • Ensure acceptable work quality by conducting site inspections and monitoring project progress.
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of inspections and findings.
  • Perform follow-up inspections to verify compliance with municipal codes and ordinances.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, developers, property owners, employees, consultants, government officials, and the public to ensure technical information is conveyed professionally.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in related fields, including storm sewers, utility installations, road construction, storm water management facilities, culverts, curbing, paving, sidewalks, walking trails, grading, and E&S controls. Strong emphasis is placed on effective communication skills, project management abilities, and technical knowledge.
