The successful candidate will possess relevant qualifications (BOHS P402) and a minimum of 6 months' experience in asbestos surveys.

The role entails conducting asbestos inspections on commercial sites, identifying potential risks, and providing recommendations for mitigation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Carrying out comprehensive asbestos inspections to identify potential hazards and develop effective risk reduction strategies
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on inspection findings
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects

Remuneration: Up to £40,000 per annum, inclusive of guaranteed overtime pay

Work Location: Manchester and Liverpool, with frequent travel requirements
