About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH/ASC needs in our specialist provision. You will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality educational activities and experiences that cater to the individual needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist students with their learning and wellbeing, ensuring they feel safe and supported
* Support the class teacher in providing differentiated educational activities and experiences
* Establish positive relationships with students, promoting independence and personal development

Requirements
* Working towards Level 2 award in Support work in schools or equivalent
* GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above qualification
* Understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
* Experience working with students with SEN or SEMH/ASC needs
